About me
I have been working as a therapist for the last 12 years. I'm a highly experienced arts therapist which means I'm able to use creative tools to help people explore and unpack complex emotions when needed. It can sometimes be very hard to articulate how you feel and using creativity allows for self expression that doesn't have to use words. However this is just one way I work with clients, sometimes talking is enough.
I currently work with children/young people and adults. There are a wide range of reasons you or your child or young person might need to see a therapist, I offer a 20 minute call free of charge to discuss whether therapy is the best way forward for you or your child before an initial session. Please email me or call to book in an initial discussion.
