About me

I have been working as a therapist for the last 12 years. I'm a highly experienced arts therapist which means I'm able to use creative tools to help people explore and unpack complex emotions when needed.   It can sometimes be very hard to articulate how you feel and using creativity allows for self expression that doesn't have to use words.  However this is just one way I work with clients, sometimes talking is enough.

I currently work with children/young people and adults. There are a wide range of reasons you or your child or young person might need to see a therapist, I offer a 20 minute call free of charge to discuss whether therapy is the best way forward for you or your child before an initial session.  Please email me or call to book in an initial discussion.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked in specialist mental health services for the majority of my career, working with adults with complex mental health issues. In private practice I work with a wide range of issues: depression, loss, anxiety, burnout, divorce, self esteem, body acceptance.

I have also worked in schools with children and young people with a range of diagnoses including autism and EBD. I work with children in private practice with a wide range of issues: Bereavement, self-esteem, anxiety, OCD, pandemic related issues, school etc.
