About me
I have been working as a therapist for the last 14 years.
I'm a highly experienced HCPC registered arts therapist which means I'm able to use creative tools to help people explore and unpack complex emotions when needed. It can sometimes be very hard to articulate how you feel when you are depressed and anxious and using creativity allows for self expression that doesn't have to use words. However this is just one way I work with clients, sometimes talking is enough.
I currently work with adults and children/young people. There are a wide range of reasons you or your child/young person might need to see a therapist, I offer a 20 minute call free of charge to discuss whether therapy with me is the best way forward for you or your child before an initial session. Please email me or call to book in an initial discussion. (Please note I only offer weekly sessions)

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
