About me
When we find ourselves in pain finding someone who hears us and can help us understand ourselves can seem impossible. You have taken the difficult first step to reach out for help, and that has taken courage.
Life throws so much at us which can often leave us feeling anxious and lost. You are unique and your time is precious. Working together, we can explore your world at your pace. I can hopefully help you gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts and feelings.
You may ask, how does counselling work?
It can take time, but as you gain insight into your experiences, your self-belief, confidence and resilience can grow. Having a time where you focus just on you, where you are welcomed, respected and supported in a caring and empathic, non-judgemental way, can be impossible to find in our day to day lives. Counselling gives you this space.
