About me
Sometimes life gets difficult, for all of us. Having someone to talk to, in a confidential and non-judgemental space, can make a world of difference. I have experience working with clients in many areas including grief and loss, relationship problems, stress, anxiety, and changing unwanted habits.
I work in a primarily person-centred way, which means we will go at your pace and address the things that you need to bring to therapy. For some people therapy is a short-term, solution-focused process, for others it is a longer journey.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an advanced professional diploma in Psychotherapeutic counselling and am also a qualified hypnotherapist.
I have several years' experience working in private practice and for organisations in the charity and private sectors; for the last 5 years I have specialised in bereavement care, but I work across a range of issues.
