About me
I support Adults, Children and Young People. My approach to counselling is Integrative, which means I believe that every individual needs something unique from the experience of counselling. Therefore, I try to tailor my approach to meet the needs of the individual client I am meeting and I use a variety of different techniques.
By working with me you or your child will experience a non-judgemental, safe, warm, personalised, and confidential therapeutic space where I hope to offer a friendly and accessible safe place in which you or your child can explore your difficulties. This helps people understand their situation, and potentially identify ways to better manage their approach to the issues being dealt with and aid in helping you or your child to move forward.
The therapeutic relationship between us is the most powerful tool we have in our work together putting your needs and agenda at the forefront of our work with regular check ins and a collaborative approach.
Our sessions will aim to aid you to find your answers, by feeling supported, heard, and seen.
