About me

Finding the right counsellor is the start and an essential part of one’s journey of self-discovery. Being able to connect with your therapist, together build a trusting space where you can explore your feelings, a therapist who listens to hear and understand without judgement and empowers one to create change in their lives is what I aim to provide all of my clients.

I am proud to say that counselling is not only my profession, but a true passion of mine, I have the upmost confidence in the process of therapy and believe that with some guidance, we all have the strength to lead fulfilling lives.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I offer integrative counselling & psychotherapy services for individuals of all ages, both short term and long-term covering a wide range of difficulties that clients bring.

I am passionate about creating a personalised and healing experience for each client where I offer a collaborative approach to help uncover their strengths and explore their inner selves. I am dedicated in helping my clients achieve their goals by using a variety of approaches depending on their needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills
  • CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

As well as my own private practice in Sidcup & Bickley, I am a counsellor at Westmeria Counselling Services in Bromley, where I provide low-cost counselling and Private counselling. I have worked with young people at Counselling Matters Bexley, based in Primary and Secondary Schools around Bexley Borough.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
