I’m a Brighton-based humanistic psychotherapist, meaning I draw from multiple types of therapy to tailor the therapy experience to my clients’ needs. I think that you and I are both imperfect humans working together to gain an understanding of your experience. I facilitate this exploration through compassionate curiosity and open exploration of emotions. I firmly believe you know yourself best; I’m just here to support you.

I'm also a yoga teacher, EMDR practitioner and a TCTSY Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator and a breathwork facilitator. I believe our minds and bodies are inherently connected, so a session with me may include trying to tune in to what messages your body is trying to send, or an exploration of how your body is holding certain emotions.

I'm originally from the US but lived in Taiwan and Lebanon before moving to the UK. I use my experience living around the world to approach our work in a culturally sensitive way and am passionate about decolonizing the mental health industry overall.
