  • Rewind technique trained -  treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder with no need to disclose incident/s. This can be part of therapy or as a stand alone session.

  • Counselling Tutor Online and Telephone therapy

  • Working with Relational Trauma: Dealing with disorganised attachment
