  • Diploma in Dialectal Behavioural therapy
  • Accredited member of the NCPS 
  • Rewind technique trained -  treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder with no need to disclose incident/s. This can be part of therapy or as a stand alone session. 
  • Suicide first aid trained
  • Counselling Tutor Online and Telephone therapy
  • Dealing with distress and working with self-harm  
  • Working with Relational Trauma: Dealing with disorganised attachment
  • TA and self esteem 

I  hold a current DBS and have full insurance to practice. I undergo continuous professional development, training and learning to better my practice and deliver the best service I possibly can.
