I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and work as a NLP practitioner. I am based in a little village just south of Diss, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.

I also offer individual smoking cessation sessions which will normally take 2 to 3 visits, using guided imagery and hypnotherapy.
I can arrange to see people in mutually agreed locations, e.g. GP surgeries, at your home, if not too far, at my base which is safe and neutral.
I have an enhanced DBS disclosure.
I have worked as a counsellor for 'Off Centre' youth counselling service for 12 years.
I have got vast experience of working with individuals and families as well as working in school settings with young people through my past career with Norfolk County Council as an Area Team Leader for the Youth Service and as a manager of an integrated early intervention team.
I have worked part-time as a family therapist for a local charity, with mainly children aged 4 to 11 and their parents. I deliver therapeutic sessions on a part-time basis in 2 primary schools as well as a secondary school in Norfolk. I also offer anger management sessions for businesses.

Further information
I am one of a network of counsellors offering FREE counselling to ex-soldiers throughout the UK with the charity POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER (PTSD)RESOLUTION. If you have signs and symptoms of PTSD please contact
http://www.ptsdresolution.org/
REGISTERED CHARITY No: 1133188 TREATMENT AVAILABLE FREE TO ALL EX-SERVICE PERSONNEL
PTSD Resolution treatment meets the special needs of veterans. It is effective without the therapist or anyone else ever knowing about the events that caused the trauma. This ensures confidentiality. Military trauma causes flashbacks, nightmares, anger and depression - often leading to violence, alcohol and substance abuse, job loss, family breakdown and even suicide. The PTSD Resolution outreach programme helps veterans and TA struggling to reintegrate into a normal work & family life because of military post traumatic stress suffered as a result of service in the armed forces.
