Life can be filled with uncertainty. There are times when it can be overwhelming or bewildering, leaving us feeling confused, lost, and alone. Feelings from our past experiences can sometimes influence our choices and patterns of thinking in the present.
Our counselling relationship will provide a safe, nurturing environment where you can explore and discover your life, develop more awareness and understanding of yourself, heal from past hurts and move toward being in harmony with who you truly are.
Throughout our counselling sessions, my priority will be to understand your thoughts, feelings and ideas, and to support your wellbeing. You will begin to develop more trust in yourself and be able to live more fully and freely in the present, bringing hope and stability to your future.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I have lived in Cornwall for several years, having been raised in the South East of England. I spent many of my younger years working within corporate environments in London, where I worked alongside amazing people from many different backgrounds. I truly value people’s diverse life experiences.
I provide in-person therapy in Cornwall from my workspace at home (at present dependant on government COVID-19 guidelines) and video and phone counselling throughout the UK. In certain circumstances I am able to visit your home for the counselling. I am also able to offer outdoor or walk and talk therapy in certain areas of Cornwall.
Please give me call or send a message and we can talk a little more about counselling and how it may suit your needs.
