About me
Counselling can be a challenging process, as such I believe that the relationship between you and your Counsellor is an important part of the therapeutic work and that I am someone that you can relate to and communicate with. In this way, a collaborative relationship of mutual trust and respect can grow and develop.
When I first meet with you my focus will be on gaining an understanding of your needs, and assessing whether I will be the right Counsellor for you and that I am best placed to support you on your journey of personal growth and change.

I work both short and long term with therapy clients on a range of issues, including; anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, moving towards growth and positive change.
Advanced Clinical Training in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy
UKATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis Practice
Member of UKATA and IAATA and abide by their code of ethics.
Several years of experience working with therapy clients on a wide range of issues.
Regular continuing Professional Development courses and workshops.
Regular personal therapy and clinical supervision, to ensure the best therapy experience for my clients.

I offer a free, 30 minute consultation for individual therapy, so you can see how you feel about working with me, and to talk through any concerns or questions you have about the therapy process.
