About me
Some people enter therapy knowing what they need to work through, others don't. You may just have a feeling that something is not quite right. Regardless of what brings you to therapy I will meet you with warmth, empathy, understanding, and genuine interest.
I believe we all have a unique view of the world and in the right environment we can all grow despite challenges.
As a Person-Centred Counsellor I offer a non-judgemental space to help you connect with and make sense of your deeper thoughts and emotions. We will work together to look through your past and present influences, unhelpful behaviours and thought patterns, and make space for your future hopes and dreams, self-esteem and confidence. My approach involves putting your needs at the heart of the work and working at a pace that suits you.
