Life & Soul exists as a safe place to embark on a process of developing resilience, strength and personal growth.
We offer a holistic, integrative approach to counselling based on Person Centred and Psychodynamic approaches. We believe that all our lives are full of potential, possibilities and hope, and that every person accessing our service is worthy of love, belonging and connection. Our service is open to anyone regardless of faith or background.
Effective counselling takes time, commitment and hard work. It involves exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and experiencing emotions which may leave you feeling psychologically and emotionally stirred.
The usual contract offered is 8–10 weeks, after this a review appointment is made offering further sessions if required.
