Welcome to Jo Jayne Counselling Services. 

I understand that life can present us with challenges, and it's okay to seek support when you need it. My practice is dedicated to providing professional and compassionate counselling services to individuals, couples, and parents in need of guidance and support.

I offers a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I believe in the power of therapy to promote healing, growth, and positive change, and I am committed to working collaboratively with you to help you achieve your personal and relational goals.
