About me

*I work with adults and children*

Do you wish you could function better without as much anxiety?

Would you like to find your self-belief?

Adults - My niche is working with your inner child, childhood trauma, and facilitating processing difficult events and messages given throughout your life - helping to break generational curses. Understanding these may be the key to helping you reach your potential.

My passion is helping you to break free from whatever is holding you back, joining the dots to help make sense of thoughts & behaviours and recognise patterns to help you break cycles and rid your life of repeating situations that are affect your mental health.

If you have a child struggling with self-harm, school based anxiety, building and managing relationships, depression or general low mood please get in touch. Often I can visit your child in their school. I specialise with children and teenagers age 8+.

I have extensive personal and professional experience working with childhood illnesses/disabilities and with young carers.

Imposter Syndrome, anxiety, depression, Self-Belief and Self-Esteem are areas I am particularly experienced in. I have undertaken a number of CPD courses in mentoring, life coaching, managing imposter syndrome, managing manipulative people and goal orientated counselling to help you move forward to where you want to be.

I am also incredibly passionate about working with parents struggling to manage relationships with their children, whatever their age. I draw from a number of parenting 'experts'  to be able to deliver tailored support for those finding they maybe stuck with parenting.

I can offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) as well as person centred talking therapy. My counselling toolkit also includes Transactional Analysis, NLP, EFT and various other theories which I draw from to help you reach your goal.

I have been a counsellor for 10 years and before training in this field I worked in the media for over 10 years in a variety of roles and locations.

My aim is to provide clients with a comfortable, confidential, homely environment where you feel at ease to talk freely. My therapy rooms are based in a peaceful location, with onsite free parking, toilet facilities and a level access building, with access to fields for 'Walk and Talk' and nature therapy should you wish to step outside during the session.
