About me

Jasmine Jarchevska, B.A., Dipl. Psych., UKCP

My name is Jasmine and I am the Founder of Nurse The Soul, where I offer a wide range of therapeutic services from one to one counselling and psychotherapy to circles, workshops, book clubs, retreats and an online therapeutic community. I am a contemporary, holistic, transpersonal integrative psychotherapist and I use a gentle, subtle and relational approach with individuals.

My focus is on uncovering early life scripts and unconscious family dynamics that bleed into present relationships with a partner (or the inability to attach), parents, children, work, friendships and ultimately the relationship with the self. I understand mental illnesses as symptoms of internalised family systems and I work with my clients to uproot these and nurse the soul into wholeness. My belief is that psychotherapy is essential when a truer version of the self is ready to appear. I know how to listen to the calling of the soul as well as cultivate a relationship beyond the personal, with the impersonal self.

In my sessions, I create the space for deep listening and exploration. If you like I can use the body, ritual, symbolism, myths and fairytales, animals, artwork, nature and dreams to facilitate this connection and relationship. I believe the inner marriage between the masculine and feminine, mind and body, heart and shadow, spirit and soul is integral to our individual work as human beings and bringing consciousness to the planet.

I am committed to all my clients’ health, wellness, transformation and recovery. I specialise with abandonment and attachment, addiction and 12 step support, anxiety, early childhood issues and trauma, disordered eating and body image, inner child work and relationship difficulties. I also work with abortion and miscarriage, abuse (emotional, physical and sexual), bereavement and loss, codependency, connecting with soul nature, depression, divorce and separation, empaths and boundaries, exploring life’s purpose and meaning, family problems, parenting and step-parenting, guilt, shame and spiritual development.

To understand more please feel welcome to call or message me. I offer a free initial consultation for you to experience what it's like to work with me and to decide if I am the right therapist for you.
