Hannah Latrache Dip Couns MBACP Individual Adults and Young people
Finding a counselor can be a daunting process and it is important that you take the time to find someone you feel able to connect with and trust.
I offer somewhere safe, where you can begin to understand yourself, your life, your feelings and behaviors.
My role is to help you identify and work through difficult feelings or issues in your life which may be causing you distress. Helping you to see a way through your issues and to define a clear idea of what you want and need in your life.
Are you battling with Anxiety or Depression?
Are you having Relationship issues?
Are you going through or coming to terms with Separation or Divorce?
Are there Family issues that you need support with?
Maybe you're feeling sad or struggling with low self-esteem?
I may be able to help you. It may feel hard but the first step in getting the help you need is making contact.
As an integrative counselor, I am able to tailor the way I work in order to best support your individual needs, whether that is looking at underlying issues contributing to behaviors, finding ways/ strategies to cope and move forward, or offering support coping with feelings in the here and now.
- I can offer support to cope with emotional stress and help dealing with negative thoughts and feelings.
- I can help with self-confidence and resilience, enhancing your relationship with yourself and your ability to connect with your loved ones.
- Your sense of choice and self-esteem can be improved by acknowledging destructive behaviours and self-sabotaging habits.
- We can find new ways to deal with conflict in your relationships and within yourself.
- I can help you find a new way to understand present challenges and develop plans/ solutions for the future.
Whatever you choose to talk about I offer support, empathy, confidentiality and somewhere you can share things, free from judgement.

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
