About me

My name is Hannah and I am a qualified integrative counsellor specialising in Anxiety, Panic, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Depression and other conditions that have an impact on our Mental Health. My approach is tailored to the need of each client, the client is at the core of every therapy session. I offer a space that is non-judgemental, confidential and safe for you to take the time to be heard.

Counselling enables us to be heard, to speak of what is circling our minds and preventing us from moving forward. Whatever the issue is for you I am here to listen and work with you to explore how you can move forward. Each of us as individuals have unique coping strategies sometimes these stop working, this can prompt us to search for a way of managing what is happening in life. This often presents challenges, change and difficulties which can result in us facing fear and worry, these may be reasons that have prompted you on your search for a counsellor.

I offer a range of options from face to face in a safe and comfortable space, online sessions via video call or alternatively, there is the option of a phone call. House visits are also an option for those who are unable to attend the consulting room but would prefer a face to face session. I hold a valid DBS Certificate.
