Eliza Kopalak, Counsellor and Psychotherapist, PGDip MBACP (Registered)
Brockley/New Cross Gate
92-94 Tooley Street
My name is Eliza Kopalak. I am a qualified psychosythesis counsellor/psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in practices in South East London: Brockley/New Cross SE14 and London Bridge SE1. I am particularly experienced supporting adults, facing all kinds of challenges and issues related to anxiety, self- esteem, relationships, career, parenting, failure/success concepts, emotional struggles, sexuality, meaning, loss of meaning and loss.
Psychosythesis is an integrative and transpersonal psychological approach, particularly focusing on human potential. It takes into account the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental dimensions in which we exist; facilitates access to wisdom and intuition, fostering a healthy self-esteem and a bold sense of self.
We are often stuck with the way we act and see ourselves and our place in the world, we become identified with ideas, and beliefs we grew up with. These concepts are imprinted in our minds and, only when we realise them, can we set ourselves free.
In the process of therapy I question and challenge the way you look at things, to arrive at new perspective. This is how you can discover your potential and become who you really are.
'No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it'. Albert Einstein
In compassionate, empathic and non-judgmental space I will hold, support and lead you on your journey. I am intuitive; kind, gentle yet challenging, honest and straightforward. I encourage you to give yourself a chance and take the first step.
After an initial contact by e-mail we will arrange a session as soon as we can. Our first meeting is a time to get to know each other. It is an opportunity to ask questions about the process of counselling and for us to explore what brings you to therapy at this moment.
I offer ongoing weekly, 50 min sessions.
