I am a Person Centred Counsellor with a pluralistic stance to how I work with clients. This means that I aim to work collaboratively with all clients young & old. I do this by being flexible and adapting my approach in a way that meets clients needs and preferred ways of working. I believe that there are many valid ways of working in therapy and value my clients thoughts about what is most helpful for them. I am experienced at drawing upon a range of therapeutic approaches to offer personalized and individual therapy to clients. I have experience of working with Couples experiencing relationship difficulties and also for people young and old wanting to feel better and find a way forward through their own individual difficulties.
