About us

We are Sue and Joanna - the mother-and-daughter team. We bring very different skills and strengths to the business, which enables us to support a wider range of clients.

We aim to empower you to find solutions to the issues you’re facing so you can achieve lasting change. We provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to share your thoughts and emotions, feel heard and take back control. Compassion, respect, patience and empathy are at the heart of our work so that you feel supported every step of the way on your journey to change.
