About me

Do you feel stuck, hopeless or alone? You might feel that you've always been different, and find it hard to find your way in the world. I offer you as a client a promise of a warm, safe and friendly environment to explore issues that have been experiencing. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental service in which we can work through your difficulties together side by side. I understand it can sometimes be hard to see differently, and look forward to working with you to help you find some peace in your life. Your life can be different, and I want to empower you to live how you would like to and ease the burden of going it alone.

I understand how hard it can be to reach out for help, please be reassured that with me you will find a non judgemental and friendly ear. I understand how it is to feel different and that something just isn't right, and want to help you to find your way. My philosophy is that you are the expert on you, and will let you take the lead in how we work together.

I also value and cherish difference in people, and pride myself on my own difference. You are unique, so you need a counsellor who is unique too.

I have worked primarily in educational establishments, however this has offered me a very wide client pool, and I have worked with clients from all over the world experiencing a wide range of difficulties. In particular I have worked extensively with cultural and race issues, and identity issues. I have a lot of experience working with Anxiety and Depression. In my professional life I have worked extensively with those with learning disabilities.
