About me

I have a person centered  and evidence based approach. CBT is more popular as is used by the NHS, therefore making it more accessible. However, my speciality is REBT, ACT, SFT, and mindfulness and am of the belief that one size does not fit all as individuals we are unique and have our own experiences.

I work as a volunteer with IRC in Kingston, whilst getting a placement throughout my training and continuing post accreditation. This is important as it shows values and beliefs that resonate with myself as the charity is community based and is available for all.

I’m also affiliated with companies who work alongside veterans, the forces and 1st Emergency responders as well as those going through personal, health and relationships.

The themes that I have experienced is anxiety, trauma, a breakdown of relationships as well childhood trauma, PTSD and anger.
