About me
A very warm welcome, thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
I am an Integrative Therapist, which means I use several approaches tailored to fit each client's individual needs and issues as we are all unique.
I find my easy going personality makes my clients feel at ease and my intention as a therapist is to offer you a safe, non-judgemental place to be your authentic self, where you will be able to feel at ease and safe enough to open up (when you are ready) in order to explore your problems, feelings and experiences.
You may be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, have relationship problems, low self-esteem, panic attacks, eating disorders, the lists goes on and on. We work together in looking at your thoughts, feelings and problems.
- I am here to help you make sense of what has happened, why you do and behave the way you do.
- To become self aware to be able to change your beliefs, your thought process, and to believe in yourself.
- Look at your options, make decisions and plan your next steps. This may also include me mentoring you and giving you the support you need to get where you want to be in life.
- Process and address difficult feelings and emotions to improve how you feel.
- Working together to deal with past and present issues.
I have also studied the connection between the mind & body. When it comes to our overall wellbeing, they are more closely connected than you may realise. Nurturing your body as well as your mind helps greatly with depression, anxiety and even low self-esteem. This is an area some clients like to explore.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
