About me
I am a qualified therapist with a professional background, working in private practice with couples, individuals and young people. I work face to face, as well as online.
My aim is to provide high quality individual tailored therapy to all my clients. I use various approaches, as I am an integrative therapist, which enables me to use the right approach for each client. I offer short term to long term counselling, whichever is most suitable. Sometimes one or two sessions is enough for clients to get what they need or it can take longer to explore.
Over my career, I have been fortunate enough to support people of all ages and from various walks of life. I welcome everyone to my practice.
It is important to me to get to know my clients, working at their pace to explore current or past life events where they can express themselves and be heard. I step into your world without judgment, just empathy. In my couples work, I help guide you to the relationship you want, where you feel connected to one another and heard.
