About me

Hello, my name is Sarah, welcome to my profile!

I work with both children and adults, offering Online/ Telephone Therapy, Face to Face or Walk and Talk Therapy.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling to face a stressful life situation? Are you struggling to feel accepted or listened to, or feel that you don’t have anyone to talk to about your experience of trauma?

I understand that reaching out for help and support can be hard. I can help you by providing a confidential, and therapeutic space to talk through your problems, and help you to discover what may be helpful - by working together to find your goals & work on strategies to find the root cause to any difficulties that you may be facing.

It is a privilege to be a part of your personal journey, and to watch you transpire from any emotional difficulty that you may be facing. I work Pluralistically, using a combination of different therapeutic tools and approaches, such as CBT, Psychodynamic, and Humanistic therapies to best suit your needs.

Please do not hesitate to contact me via email or phone, to discuss anything further - I would love to hear from you!
