About me

I'm Natalie, a qualified, pluralistic psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Together, we'll collaborate to identify your unique therapy needs and tailor an approach that suits you. Because each client is unique, I believe in providing personalised care that goes beyond a one-size-fits-all approach.

I offer you a friendly, non-judgmental safe space where you can express yourself freely. It's essential for you to feel comfortable to share your feelings and thoughts. Rest assured, I'm committed to providing you with the highest standard of therapy, utilising emotional, psychological, and behavioural approaches to improve your quality of life. Your well-being is my top priority.

In addition to my qualifications, I have undergone additional training to conduct safe and effective remote therapy sessions. I've adapted my skills to provide you with the same level of care and support, even from a distance. Your convenience and comfort are important to me.

As a member of the BACP, I adhere to the highest ethical standards outlined in the BACP Code of the Ethical Framework. You can trust that I work with your best interests in mind, providing you with a professional and ethical therapeutic experience.

Join me on a transformative journey toward personal growth and well-being. Together, we'll navigate the challenges you face, uncover your strengths, and empower you to live a more fulfilling life. Take the first step today and experience the power of therapy in a supportive and caring environment.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
