About me
Hello, I’m Natalie, a qualified pluralistic psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you’re not alone.
A Personalised Approach, Tailored to You
No two people are the same, and neither is their journey through therapy. That’s why I take a collaborative and personalised approach, working with you to understand your unique needs and preferences. Together, we’ll explore the most effective therapeutic methods to support you in overcoming challenges and finding greater clarity and well-being.
A Safe, Non-Judgmental Space Just for You
I offer a warm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can express yourself freely, without fear of judgment. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to turn, I’m here to listen and support you. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes at a pace that feels right for you.
Supporting You, Wherever You Are
In addition to face-to-face sessions, I have completed additional training to provide safe and effective remote therapy. Whether you prefer online or telephone sessions, you can receive the same high-quality support from the comfort of your own space. Your convenience and comfort are always a priority.
Ethical, Professional, and Client-Focused
As a member of the BACP, I adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards, ensuring that you receive therapy in a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. You can trust that I will always work in your best interests.
Take the First Step Today
If you’re ready to start your journey towards greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and resilience, I’m here to help. Reaching out is a courageous step, and I’d love to support you in making meaningful changes.
You don’t have to figure this out alone—I’m here to help. Send me a message, and let’s talk about how we can work together.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Support Through Your Employer
Employers have a duty of care to support the well-being of their staff. If you’re struggling with something that is affecting your work, it may be worth speaking with your employer to see what support is available.
I have experience working with employer-funded referrals and can provide an invoice directly to your employer on your behalf. Your sessions will remain completely confidential, and no personal information will be shared with your employer—only the necessary payment details.
If you’d like to explore this option or have any questions, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to help.
