About me

Hello, I understand how life gets tough at times and we all need someone to speak to. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addictions or low-self-esteem I am here to help. Together we will embark on a transformative journey towards healing and growth. I believe in fostering a warm empathetic therapeutic relationship. I will actively listen to your concerns, validate your experiences, and provide guidance without judgement. Together we will work towards your goals and empower you to overcome obstacles.

As a licensed integrative psychotherapist I have undergone extensive training in many approaches and techniques. I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs whilst drawing from evidence-based approaches to offer you the most effective support. I take a holistic view of mental health recognising the inter-connectedness of various aspects of your life.

I'm a warm, compassionate counsellor that works alongside you cultivating self-awareness and fostering personal growth to bring about positive change in your life. A safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences. I am committed to supporting you on your journey towards self-discovery, resilience and well-being.

Starting therapy can feel over-whelming and you maybe unsure how to get things moving. Please email me to get in touch so we can arrange a free consultation where you can ask any questions and I can provide you with a clearer understanding of how my therapy works and what suits you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
