Jill Wagner BACP accredited
I help people achieve personal satisfaction and peace of mind by helping them to control anxiety and stress.
I can help you find your way through the grieving process, come to terms with an abusive past, and help with relationships, using various models of Counselling to promote a feeling of well being.
I may be help you to control fears, phobias and break bad habits, replacing them with good, positive behaviour.
Change is dificult at first, challenging in the middle, but amazing in the end.
