About me

By seeking someone to talk to, you are already taking a significant step for your self and those who are important to you. However you are currently feeling; overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, lost, sad, confused,  or wishing to understand a situation more clearly, I would like to the opportunity to support you.

As an integrated counsellor, I use various approaches to help support you identify, explore and understand your concerns. You are unique with your own unique circumstances, so it is not for me to give you advice or tell you what to do. By sitting with you, I offer a space of support, without judgement, where we safely explore and help you gain insight in to what has brought you to counselling - empowering you to make decisions that are right for you and those you care about.

I believe you have the answers and you can change situations.

I bring to our relationship my life experiences. Working in various professions, having my own family and juggling work/ life balance. As an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), I am qualified to work with adults.

If you would like more information please check out my website: www.epiphanycounselling.co.uk

I work face to face in Evesham, which is local to Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Pershore, and Cheltenham. Plus, I offer online sessions, meaning your locale could be anywhere. There are no minimum/maximum number of sessions; you choose what is right for you and we regularly review our work to ensure you are happy with the sessions.

The most important thing is you find a counsellor that is right for you and supports you to find personal contentment. I wish you every success and thank you for reading my post.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
