About me
I am passionate about working with individuals, couples and groups. Whether you’re going through a major life change, reflecting on trauma from the past, or something just doesn’t feel quite right, I’m here to help you explore your inner world, understand your patterns of behaviour and be the you you want to be. Together, we will work on you so that you feel seen, heard and understood.
Whatever you come to the space with, you will be met with an open mind and an open heart.
I offer an inclusive, intersectional approach that honours your views. I will endeavour to understand and support you.
I work with individuals, couples and groups via Zoom across the UK and in-person in Central and South London. Sessions run for 50 minutes and cost £70 for individuals, and £100 for couples.
I offer a complementary 20 minute introductory session to see if we feel we can work together.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a professional counsellor with experience in other fields that gives me a wide perspective on life. With over a decade of experience working in the creative industries, I understand the stress surrounding those careers. I also have expertise in bereavement, supporting hundreds of clients facing significant loss. Loss is not just the death of a significant person in your life. You might be navigating confusing feelings around your identity, relationship or career. You don't have to do this alone. Together we can explore your experiences and feelings to find meaning, make sense and work towards empowering you through this exploratory process.
Whatever you are curious about, through first-hand experience I know that having a space to share our thoughts and feelings can help navigate personal difficulties and understand ourselves better.
I am dedicated to providing an inclusive, safe, anti-racist, therapeutic practice. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you by working together creatively and relationally.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
