About me

I am accredited with UKCP as an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor working within a range of talking therapies with adults, children, adolescents and young people. Working integratively, I tailor counselling sessions to individual needs.

I provide adult counselling and I have a vast amount of experience working with a wide range of issues. These are listed below.

I offer parenting sessions to help parents with issues that they may be having with their children or adolescents. Exploring issues that arise, can help find solutions and strategies to begin to maintain a balance within family life.

I have extensive experience working with adults, children, adolescents and young people with autism. I also have experience working with parents, grandparents and carers providing a safe space to explore their feelings and thoughts around autism.

I work with adopted families providing sessions for children and adolescents. Parenting children who have been adopted can bring their own individual struggles. Parents have found it beneficial to have parenting sessions where discussions around loss and parenting can be explored.

I provide both short term and long term therapy within a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space.
