I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor who has had specialist training in a range of talking therapies with children, adolescents and young people.
I am also an adult counsellor.
I can offer both short term or long term therapy.

I have experience of working with children, adolescents and young people in areas such as loss and bereavement, low self-esteem and confidence, family conflict, abuse, anxieties, phobias and anger issues.
Issues connected to school such as friendships, peer problems, transition and pressure of exams.
I have provided counselling for a large local autism organisation working with children, adolescents and adults with autism. I have also provided support to parent's.
I have a background working with children, adolescents and parent's around fostering and adoption.
I have worked with schools, post-adoption agencies, solicitors, local authorities and private clients.
With adults, I have been working in a GP surgery for two years, working with a variety of issues.
Additionally, I have experience of working within a large NHS IAPT provider.
I have a background in the NHS as a Registered General Nurse.
