About me

Hi there and welcome. My name is Ciro, and I hope you will find the following information useful when choosing the right support for your needs.

I focus on understanding your unconscious processes and behavioural patterns as much as the biology behind the brain and body connection. This helps me gain a deep understanding of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and much more. I work around you to find the best approach and therapeutic style to support you in the challenges life gives us.

I greatly enjoy working with individuals through often complex issues, working together to help them recognize, identify and achieve their goals.  That's why I work with you in mind, maintaining a safe environment where you will be able to explore yourself and make positive therapeutic changes, improve your overall well-being and therefore enhance your quality of life.

I draw from a multitude of techniques and scientific knowledge to help you understand how to move forward in your personal growth and development, even when this is affected by mental health issues. Psychodynamic, humanistic approaches and CBT are just some of the most common therapies I practice. My skills and experience have matured through academic studies at university and practical work while counselling people affected with different issues like childhood and adulthood trauma, identity issues, PTSD, personality disorders, anxiety, panic attacks, depression and more.

If you find interest in my profile and want to know more about the ways we can work together, get in touch with me.

I am here to help.
