I'm a professional and caring Psychotherapist with 15 years experience of helping my clients overcome mental health difficulties. I provide treatment in all areas of mental health including depression, anxiety and trauma. I have spent 15 years working with GP practices offering private therapy services to support their patients. I have extensive experience of working in a private hospital with clients recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. I currently run my own rehabilitation clinic for drug and alcohol recovery. I specialise in disordered eating and eating disorders and run programmes for recovery from all eating disorders. I have a specialist interest in Binge eating Disorder having undertaken MSc research in this subject area and run programmes for recovery from this condition. I run several weight management programmes designed to help you to achieve sustainable weightloss and to achieve a healthy relationship with food.

I have a compassion focussed approach to my work with clients, and will dedicate my full efforts to working together with you to achieve a happy, fulfilled and content life. I offer one to one sessions for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and can also provide my services by telephone. I have 15 years experience of working with clients for a range of addictions, including drug, alcohol, smoking cessation and food addictions. I run an addiction recovery rehabilitation clinic. I also provide programmes for eating disorders including Binge eating Disorder which is an area of specialist interest.

If you are looking to lose weight or improve your eating habits and relationship with food, I can help you break the cycle of yo-yo dieting as a long term solution. OI provide several weight management programmes for sustainable and healthy weight loss. I offer other modalities including Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy which can be used eclectically alongside CBT. I always make time to speak on the telephone initially to answer any questions you may have. Thereafter, I can offer you an initial assessment session which is non-obligatory.

My services are located in South Derbyshire for my face to face clinic which is discretely and conveniently located with free parking.
