Further information
I offer one to one sessions for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and can also provide my services by telephone. I have 12 years experience of working with clients for a range of addictions, including drug, alcohol, smoking cessation and food addictions. I also provide programmes for eating disorders including Binge eating Disorder which is an area of specialist interest which I am currently researching as part of my Masters.
If you are looking to lose weight or improve your eating habits and relationship with food, I can help you break the cycle of yo-yo dieting as a long term solution. I also offer other modalities including Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy which can be used eclectically alongside CBT. I always make time to speak on the telephone initially to answer any questions you may have. Thereafter, I can offer you an initial assessment session which is non-obligatory.
My services are located within GP practices in Sutton Coldfield and Derby and they are discretely and conveniently located with free parking.
Please take a look at my website and choose the CBT tab option for more information on how CBT can help you. I am a member of the BABCP with Provisional Accreditation.
