About me

As an experienced psychotherapist, I am dedicated to providing confidential and supportive therapy services in Belgravia & Camden . In our sessions, I create a safe, empathic, non-judgmental space where we can explore what brings you to therapy without fear of criticism.
With face-to-face and online sessions, I offer a personalised approach tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Grounded in psychodynamic theory, my approach considers how present-day problems may be linked to early life experiences which allows us to explore the root causes of your distress.

Whether you're facing identifiable challenges or grappling with confusing emotions, I believe that counselling provides valuable insights and support in navigating life's complexities. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Your well-being and growth are at the forefront of our work together, and I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.

My training specialised in working with children, adolescents and parents. I use a range of creative means to engage with children and young people of all ages and with complex presenting issues.

Training, qualifications & experience

Having worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I bring a wealth of experience in addressing a wide range of difficulties. I bring experience in trauma, addiction, ADHD, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and relationships. I offer talking therapy, EMDR and creative interventions. Together we will determine the duration of our sessions.

One of the key strengths of my approach is my focus on humanistic principles underpinned by psychodynamic thinking. I believe that every individual has the potential to grow and change, and my aim is to help you unlock that potential by working collaboratively towards your goals.

Member organisations

Registered / Accredited

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
