About me
The most common reasons clients seek help from me are related to stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship, and work-related issues. This might be related financial stress, promotional issues or challenging life, business, and career choices. Often these challenges have their roots in issues of loss, self-esteem, and traumatic events.
Calming both inner and external conflicts are my focuses for you. My mission is resolving the upset that can be caused from anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma – in two words, STRESS MANGEMENT, and I am your life, work, and relationship stress consultant.
Client’s remark, ‘Keith just gets me’, complimenting my warmth and gentleness, yet also value my varied life experiences, breadth of expertise and an understanding of how tough life can sometimes be, meaning I can help my clients build solutions, take careful decisions, and make suitable changes.
Clients who consult me value my combination of senior executive & business experience and psychological insight. They come from different backgrounds, with the majority being self-referred executives, professionals, managers, and business owners. Many others are parents and caring partners, who value my empathetic life experiences and want to lead effective, calm lives.
Which is one of the main things that I do as a therapist and CBT Coach, is help clients make good sense of what is going on, simply explaining why it has such an impact and agreeing with them ways that they can resolve their unhappiness and move forward. This empowers them.
Often, employers engage me to support work-based counselling, anxiety, and stress reduction programs. My clients have included both large, national, and multinational organisations as well as smaller organisations too.
Whilst most clients, value this solution focused approach, which normally takes 5-6 sessions, others want to deepen their healing and understanding further and may seek to explore their ongoing or spiritual needs with me.

Additional information
Many clients find that the simple, straight forward cognitive and hypnotheraputic techniques I coach and teach help them move on within three to six sessions.
I run programs related to stress and conflcit management.
It is not unusual for such clients to keep in informal contact, maintain a relationship with me and attend for coaching on an ad hoc basis as and when a need arises.
Others choose to explore in more depth and draw down on my wider range of skills, and will attend for a number of ongoing sessions, agreed between us. Some choose to study and develop alongside me.
The frequency of sessions is therefore subject to the needs of the individual.

Further information
I have practiced as a healer for over 20 years, complementing my pragmatic business approach to all our work and life as a therapist, coach and teacher. I place Client empowerment and opportunity at the centre of my work.
In addition to providing the latest psychological techniques to build on our breadth of Counselling & Therapy experience and qualifications, I serve in the local community to ensure I understand the needs of our clients fully.
I enjoy playfully nurturing, with humour, especially the sacred clown in us all, as useful antidote relief to the seriousness that healing often must address. I have trained in both Person Centrered. & Psycho dynamic Counselling.
I have also worked extensively in the business worlds as finance director, a CEO, and consultants gaining various professional qualifications including an MBA, HG Dip.P and FCCA. I continue to devote time and energy to helping others through charitable work, which has included with the suicidal, supporting addicts, alongside the homeless, guiding prisoners and with challenged learners in schools.
As well as teaching and running workshops, I have an eclectic approach to spirituality which enables me to explore as wide or as simply as the client needs.
It is with this background that I can address a very wide range of issues with an equal variety of approaches ranging from acting as a life coach, therapist through to dreaming. I am pragmatic in my approach, an individual approach that puts nurturing and gentle humour at the centre of the process.
