My clients say, ‘Keith just gets me’ and they compliment my warmth and gentleness. That is underpinned by experience and an understanding of how tough life can sometimes be.
I support clients overcome challenging stages in their lives. This might be related to stress, anxiety, anger, addictive behaviour, obsessions and phobias or feelings of depression.
Quiet often, clients arrive at such challenging places, perhaps due to loss of a job, business, relationship or because of the passing of some one close. Grieving needs to be understood and acknowledged, as it does for those who have suffered a trauma, which needs to be calmed as well.
Which is one of the main things that I do; as a Human Givens therapist and CBT Coach, I help clients make good sense of what is going on, explaining why it has such an impact and agreeing with them ways that they can resolve their unhappiness and move forward. This empowers them.
Many clients value my senior business experience and self-refer themselves to me because I understand executive, management and business stress. Not only can I help them resolve that stress, but I teach the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction approach, enabling them to maintain their emotional balance and mental health into the future.
Often, employers engage me to support work-based counselling and stress reduction programs. My clients have included both large, national and multinational organisations as well as smaller organisations too.
Whilst most clients, value this solution focused approach, which normally takes 5-6 sessions, others want to deepen their healing further and may seek to explore their spiritual needs with me.
As part of my commitment to community, I support a social enterprise that makes affordable counselling available to those who are struggling emotionally and financially. Email me if you know someone who might benefit.

- Ongoing - Stress Management - Resolve your Conflicts - Reclaim your Life - Quickly
Many clients find that the simple cognitive and hypnotheraputic techniques I coach and teach help them move on within Two to five sessions. Three is the norm.
It is not unusal for such clients to keep in informal contact, mantain a relationship with me and attend for coaching on an adhoc basis as and when a need arises.
Others choose to explore in more depth and draw down on my wider range of skills, and will attend for a number of ongoing sessions, agreed between us. Some choose to study and develop alongside me.
The frequency of sessions is therefore subject to the needs of the individual.

I have practiced as a healer for over 20 years, complementing my pragmatic approach to all our work and life as a Therapist, Coach and Teacher. I place Client empowerment and opportunity at the centre of my work.
In addition to providing the latest pyschological techniques to build on our breadth of Counselling & Therapy experience and qualifications, I serve in the local community to ensure I understand the needs of our clients fully.
I am a father of five and a grandfather to two, I enjoy playfully nurturing, especially the sacred clown in us all, as useful antidote relief to the seriousness that healing often has to address. I have trained in both Person Centred & Psychodynamic Counselling, both of which were powerful precursors to our qualifications as a Human Givens therapist www.hgi.org.uk.
I have also worked extensively in the business worlds as finance director, a CEO, and consultants gaining various professional qualifications including an MBA, HG Dip.P and FCCA. I continue to devote time and energy to helping others through charitable work, which has included with the suicidal, supporting addicts, alongside the homeless, guiding prisoners and with challenged learners in schools.
As well as teaching and running workshops, I have an eclectic approach to spirituality which enables me to explore as wide or as simply as the client needs.
It is with this background that I am able to address a very wide range of issues with an equal variety of approaches ranging from acting as a life coach, therapist through to sacred dreaming. I am pragmatic in my approach, an individual approach that puts nurturing and gentle humour at the centre of the process.
