About me
Life can be overwhelming and full of challenges, often with obstacles getting in the way of you looking after your emotional well-being. Whether the barriers to a more fulfilling life are coming from you or are out of your control you can still find a way forward and my role is to help you with this. Whether you’re thinking “It’s probably just a me thing” or “It’s not that big of an issue” or even “I shouldn’t burden anyone else with this” if you need someone to open up to, I’m here to help.
Regardless of the problem that you are facing or your mental health diagnosis, you will be welcomed into counselling sessions without judgment or criticism. Whatever you bring up will be listened to confidentially and with empathy. Counselling might benefit you if you are looking for a deeper understanding, acceptance and emotional growth.
As a counsellor, I aim to empower you to show yourself compassion, to support you in realising your worth and to help you to strive for personal growth. If this sounds like something you are looking for, let's talk.
