About me

In counselling sessions with me you will find support for what you're going through and therapy to create lasting change.

My approach starts with an open mind, listening to your story and what your a seeking support for. Whatever you bring up will be listened to confidentially, without judgement and with empathy.

As I am an integrative therapist, we can work together and draw on different therapy models to find what works for you and your situation, with a focus on empowering you to find your own answers and develop the coping skills you need to navigate what you're experiencing.

Whether the barriers to a more fulfilling life are coming from you or are out of your control you can still find a way forward and my role is to help you find it. As a counsellor, I aim to empower you to show yourself compassion, to support you in realising your worth and to help you to strive for personal growth. If this sounds like something you are looking for, let's talk.

DBS check info

Wheelchair user access info
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair access is available for in person appointments but as I hire a room in a wellness centre with rooms upstairs I will need to know in advance to ensure I book a suitable room.
