I am an integrative counsellor trained in Psychodynamic counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt Therapy………. based on attachment and a person-centred approach. I offer online, phone and face-to-face sessions for individuals and couples.

Neurodiverse clients, LGBTQ+and Complex Trauma

The goal of an individual therapy is to inspire change and improve the quality of life through self awareness and self exploration.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues, which specifically include neurodiversity, anxiety and depression, panic attacks, bereavement, work stress, life transitions, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, abuse, emotional neglect, personal development, menopause, PTSD/ trauma/phobias (using Rewind technique).

I aim to provide a compassionate and empathic space to hear each person's story and to identify specific goals for therapy.

Therapy interventions will be evidence-based and tailored to each individuals needs.

I offer and integrate the following approaches into my practice: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred, Gestalt and Rewind Techniques for Trauma Therapy.

Are you feeling stuck right now? Is there an anxiety telling you that something isn't quite right in your life, something needs to change? I have experience in helping people loosen those stuck patterns. Tell me yours and we can shift them together.

I run a private practice covering the UK online.

Where I offer space to be listened too - I will listen with kindness and in total confidence.

I also offer counselling online throughout the UK and abroad.

I'm professionally qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and am registered withThe British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP), The National Counselling Society (NCS)and also the The British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
