About me

Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD.......

I’m Wayne, an Integrative Counsellor dedicated to helping people find clarity, healing, and balance in their lives.

My approach brings together different therapeutic models—such as person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural perspectives—to create a way of working that’s uniquely suited to you.

I believe that no single approach fits everyone, and that meaningful change happens when therapy meets you exactly where you are.

My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your individual story. Whether you’re facing anxiety, loss, relationship challenges, trauma, or a sense of being “stuck,” I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin to reconnect with your authentic self.

With a background in both counselling and personal development, I see therapy as a collaborative journey—one that helps you build awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.

Together, we’ll work at your pace to uncover patterns, strengthen your inner resources, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling way of being.

If you’re ready to take the next step or simply curious about how counselling might help, I welcome you to reach out. Change begins with a single conversation, and I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on that path.

I am a professionally qualified Integrative Accredited Counsellor trained in:

Psychodynamic Counselling
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Gestalt Therapy
Person-Centred Approach
Rewind Technique for PTSD/Phobias

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
