About me

Hello I am offering a welcome, non judgemental space for couples and individuals.  If you have relationship, psychosexual  issues, maybe you have a sexual compulsion be it with yourself or others, my aim is to supply you with a    " tool box " to navigate your way forward in life. I  tailor sessions to my client's needs and wants and I aim to help you find your way, through various forms of therapy such as:  Psychosexual, systemic, CBT, Solution focus, Person Centred Psychodynamic and Compulsion). Hopefully through my many years experience and knowledge I will put you at ease and help you to realise that you are not the problem and together we will work through any issues you bring. I am registered and accredited by COSRT and Relate and I have a world wide client base working on line as well as face to face.

Training, qualifications & experience

I originally trained with IFT ( Institute of Family Therapy) After working to give support to women suffering the Traumas of FGM. I have  many years experience as a Relate counsellor dealing with emotional and psychological issues effecting all types of relationships, whether its couples, family, friendships or on your own.I am an accredited Psychosexual Therapist (COSRT reg.)and am training with CICS in Sexual Compulsion. I also have a bag of tools with which to help you on your journey, as I have studied in the  majority of methods of therapy including: Systemic, Solution Focused, CBT , Personal Centred Therapy and Single Session Therapy. as well as knowledge in Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
