About me
Cultural and Generational trauma plays a big part in my work. With compassion I help clients connect to their true selves, their soul purpose and find a sense of belonging on the planet we call home. I believe trauma can flow down in generations which can cause repeated experiences, familial distress, mental health, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and bodily responses. I offer a sacred safe space to explore, acknowledge, notice, and release. I offer a calming creative safe space for clients to explore their inner worlds. I provide a non-judgemental space to safely develop self-discovery, self-acceptance, and compassion.
Dramatherapy is a form of psychotherapy. It is a type of therapy that allows the client to explore past traumas, emotions, and experiences through the medium of psychological therapy and theatre methods. I am offering a sacred space for clients to explore a sense of belonging, processing, experiencing personal growth, and healing. I also include mindfulness practices.
