About me

Life's journey is full of unexpected twists and turns, often leaving us feeling lost and unsure. If you're considering therapy to navigate these challenging times, how about trying a different approach?

As a walk and talk therapist, I believe therapy isn't just about talking—it's about taking a walk, experiencing nature, and delving into your thoughts and emotions in a dynamic way.

Picture this: instead of confining our conversations to four walls, we take them outdoors. Walk and talk therapy combines the benefits of fresh air and movement with the therapeutic process. It's about breaking free from traditional constraints and finding comfort in the rhythm of your own footsteps.

I can help you untangle the knots in your mind, uncovering patterns and insights that lead to real, lasting change. Whether you're battling anxiety, wrestling with self-doubt, or simply seeking clarity, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for honest exploration where you can be your authentic self.

If you're ready to take step towards a more fulfilling life, I'm here to support you. Schedule your free 20-minute chat with me today.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Relations and Counselling. I prefer to work psychodynamically in the outdoors. Commonly this is walking and talk therapy or it could be sitting outside for a session.

I have worked with anxiety, repetitive and attacking inner voices,  feelings of self-doubt, anger and resentment, as well as holding feelings of “being stuck” and being unsure where to go next in life.

I have been late diagnosed with ADHD & developmental dyslexia. I have counselling experience in working with those that have experienced trauma in their lives. Working with trauma requires a structured approach to therapy which is helpful to all clients.

I have a degree in Social Anthropology and a wide range of experience of working in business and the third sector.

Key details

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Each walk is risk assessed and I can search for specific outdoor spaces that suit your individual need and circumstance.
