About me

I am a CBT practitioner and I specialise in treating low mood, anxiety and self esteem issues. I have struggled in various ways with these disorders personally which gives me an insight into what you may be going through too.

Do you ever feel frustrated or hopeless or stuck?  Do you feel trapped in a cycle that you can’t seem to get out of - whether it’s an issue with work, relationships, eating or drinking habits or anything else you can’t see a way out of?

I am always encouraged by the results that can be achieved through CBT practices, so together we can hope to uncover who you could be if you are able to throw off all limitations and live with confidence knowing exactly who you are!
