About me
Experienced Counsellor for Individuals and Couples
Over 10 Years Supporting Clients Through Life’s Challenges
Whatever may be troubling you, I’m here to help.
With over a decade of experience working with both individuals and couples, I offer a supportive, confidential space where you can explore whatever difficulty you’re facing.
Clients come to see me for a wide range of reasons, including:
• Anxiety (general or diagnosed)
• Depression
• ADHD
• Relationship difficulties (family, romantic, work-related)
• OCD
• Trauma (including childhood, sexual abuse, or domestic abuse)
• Sexuality and spirituality
• Loss of meaning or direction
• PTSD and Complex PTSD
• Attachment issues
• Personality disorders
• A desire to understand themselves more deeply
This list isn’t exhaustive — if you’re unsure whether I can help, please feel free to get in touch.
My Approach
Our lives are shaped by so many things — our histories, culture, social environments, and personal experiences. These all influence how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we respond to life’s challenges.
I aim to understand your life from your unique perspective and help you connect with a deeper, more resourced part of yourself — a part that isn’t defined solely by conditioning, labels, or limitations. Together, we work towards healing, self-awareness, and growth.
Many of my clients say they gain a clearer understanding of themselves and their patterns. I don’t just focus on resolving symptoms — I support you to develop through your challenges and live more fully and freely.
Background and Training
I hold a BSc in Psychology and my core training is in Psychosynthesis Counselling and Psychotherapy. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, combining insights from neuroscience, psychology, and holistic traditions. This allows me to tailor my work to the unique needs of each client.
I work with clients both locally and internationally, including those from organisations like the UN, where I’ve supported individuals facing trauma, cultural challenges, and interpersonal issues.
I believe in lifelong learning, and regularly update my training to ensure I offer the most effective, research-backed support.
Couples Counselling
Relationships are complex — and the expectations around them are always evolving. I work with couples of all kinds (monogamous, polyamorous, open) to explore challenges, improve communication, and foster understanding.
Issues I commonly support couples with include:
• Infidelity
• Loss or crisis affecting the relationship
• Communication difficulties
• Sexual concerns or differences
• Ambivalence or anxiety about the relationship
• Navigating change
• Managing conflict
• Embracing diversity in sexual or relational identity
• “Key Couples” — working on relationships between parents and children, siblings, or others outside of romantic partnerships
Getting Started
Therapy sessions are held at the same time each week, as consistency is essential for deep psychological work. I offer both online and in-person sessions, depending on your needs.
To arrange an initial appointment, please contact me by phone or email. If calling, kindly leave a message and I’ll get back to you promptly.
I look forward to the possibility of working with you.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
