About me
Hello, I'm The Viking Therapist aka Kai.
I'm an experienced registered Integrative Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, Equine Therapist & Anxiety specialist. I adapt therapy to suit your individual needs, by providing a tailored, down to earth approach to therapy.
The benefit of therapy is in discovering the reasons 'why' behind your mental health struggles, the reasons why we might have anxiety for example, healing your mental health and managing it going forward.
Counselling will get to the bottom of why your mental health might be low at the moment, teach you the skills you need in order to manage your mental health and help you gain quality of life to do the things you want to do and to live the life you want to lead.
I work with both individuals and couples in the LS1 area of Leeds, I also offer remote sessions. I now also offer home visit sessions for anyone unable to get to the office or use remote formats. The Leeds therapy space offers great transport links and various parking options from on street parking right outside the office to a multi storey car park just down the road.
I specialise in anxiety and anxiety disorders but work with a wide range of issues, a list of which can be found at the bottom of my profile.
I invite you to ask questions to make sure the decision to work together is right for you.
Reach out to discuss your needs.
I look forward to meeting you.
