Hello, I'm The Viking Therapist (Kai).
I'm an Integrative Therapist & Clinical Supervisor working with adult client groups in Leeds and remotely. I work with individuals and couples and I'm also a specialist in anxiety work.
I'm a clinical supervisor who works from an integrative approach. My job is to help you reach your fullest potential, keep you and your clients safe and ensure you are working ethically. Beyond that, supervision is a collaborative process, a safe space where you can explore your practice through reflection and experiential practice.
I believe that as a supervisee you reach your potential in a high support/high challenge space. Its also important to remember that we are all human, as such I like to create a tailored approach to supervision and your individual needs.
