Are you struggling with anxiety or anxiety disorder? I offer a calm and safe way of working for you to explore your difficulties. Working integratively, we'll work towards understanding, resilience and renewed quality of life.
Therapy is a safe space where you can explore what you would like to. Your needs are the focus of therapy. It's my job to empower you and to bring awareness so you can make choices from an informed position and live your life to your fullest potential.
