About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck? Maybe you're carrying more than you can manage and don't know where to start.
You're not alone — and you don't have to go through it alone. I'm Kai, a qualified integrative therapist offering a space where you can explore what's going on in a way that feels safe, grounded, and human.
My approach is integrative, which means I tailor therapy to you — drawing from different modalities depending on your needs. You might be dealing with anxiety, low mood, trauma, or navigating a difficult life stage. We’ll work together at your pace to help you feel more grounded, clear, and empowered.
As someone who lives with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), I bring not only training but deep empathy and lived experience to the work. I know how exhausting it can be — and how possible it is to find relief and rebuild confidence.
If you’re curious or unsure, that’s OK — therapy is a big step. I offer a free 20-minute call so you can get a sense of me and how I work, no pressure. Feel free to email or message me — I’d love to hear from you.
